The dncws.lk MIS is a mission-critical national platform used by DNCWS to manage, monitor, and report on community water supply schemes throughout Sri Lanka. It supports decision-making, planning, operational management, field-level reporting, and scheme performance tracking. Throughout the past five years, Canopus has ensured continuous system availability, reliable performance, and secure data handling. With the closure of WaSSIP, the Department now requires consolidated and fully managed support and hosting arrangement, ensuring high system uptime, secure server operations, and dependable technical assistance throughout the year.
